Hanging Leg Raises: 10x2
Ball Crunches: 10x2
Opposite Arm/Leg Lift: 10x2
This felt good... I had some DOMS in my biceps from Wednesday. Felt good to do the preacher curls anyway. The 40lbs was a nice challenge.
