Warm Up - Three minutes on the treadmill
Dips: 13/9/3 (arms gave out)/4
Smith Incline: 60lbsx10/70lbsx10/75lbsx8/85lbsx6
DB Flat Bench: 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/30lbsx8/35lbsx6
Pushups (on ball): 10/10/10/10 (tried the last set on my toes)
Ball Obliques: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15
Leg Raises: 2x15
