Week Six/Day One

Did this at home as the gym is closed till tomorrow... opens in a new location at twice the size!

Start Time: 9:37am
Finish Time: 10:27am
HR: Peak-136bpm Average-132bpm (about 73% Max)

Warm Up: three minutes on the mini-trampoline
Deadlift: 5x5x100lbs
Bent Over BB Rows: 40x1/4x4x45lbs
BB Bench: 5x5x75lbs
Flat DB Flyes: 5x5x20lbs
BB Incline: 5x5x65lbs
Crunches: 5x5x25lbs
Leg Raises: 5x5
Twisting Crunches: 5x5

After going to the gym for a while, you realize just how unstable a home bench can be. It's better than no bench, but at times I felt I was benching on a stability ball!

Gonna check out the new location tomorrow... looking forward to first workout at the new place Wednesday!
