Full Body

Warmup - Three minutes on the mini-trampoline

BB Bench: 10x60lbs/10x85lbs/9x125lbs
Upright Rows: 10x30lbs/10x40lbs/10x60lbs
Rev Calf Raises: 30/30/25
Arnold DB Presses: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x20lbs
DB Squats: 10x20lbs/10x40lbs/10x60lbs
DB Shrugs: 10x60lbs/10x60lbs/10x60lbs

Superset:
Hammer Curls: 10x20lbs/10x20lbs/10x20lbs
Seated OH Tricep Xtns: 10x30lbs/10x40lbs/10x45lbs

Ball Obliques: 15/15/15
Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15/15

Setted:
Crunches: 15/15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15/15
Bicycles: 15/15/15

This will be the last workout for a few days... heading away for a bit.. hopefully be able to get some sort of hiking/walking in the Rockies for a day or two...

I suspect a couple of days of junk food and beverages that are not necessarily conducive to a six pack... well, not the cosmetic six pack anyway... if you catch my drift...

Once in a while one needs a few days to 'get away from it all!'
