Started off today by showing someone the Parallel Bar Dips. I remember struggling with these things the first time I tried them too...

Prone Bent Elbow Plank: 2 to failure

Frog Crunches: 2x15
Leg Raises: 2x15
Ball Obliques: 2x15

That's it... gonna squeeze in some cardio this weekend.
