Leg Raises: 3x15
Bicycles: 3x10

BB OH Press: 45/60/65/65/70x5
BO BB Rows: 60/80/90/115/130x5
Smith Squats: 65/95/135/165/185x5
BB Good Mornings: 60/70/80/85/90

Thoughts: This was good. Worked up more of a sweat than I thought I was going to today. Added some weight to all movements except the Press. Spent about five minutes stretching when all was said and done.
