Week Six - Day Three - Heavy Day

Start: 7:50am
Finish: 8:54am

Crunches: 3x15
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x10

BB OH Press: 45/55/65/70/75x5
BO BB Rows: 55/80/90/110/140x4
Smith Squats: 60/90/125/160/200x5
BB SLDL: 65/75/85/95/115x5

Thoughts: Didn't feel as intense as last Friday, but I took more rest time between sets today. Stiil, good workout. Time to up the Press and Squat.

On a side note, one of the trainers at the gym noted I've added more mass. That felt good. I don't take compliments very well and was a little embarrassed. Go figure.

I am also thinking of taking up Karate. My neighbour teaches and it's something I'm looking into at the moment. I believe he said kenpo.
