Week Six - Day Four - Heavy Pull

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Weighted Supine Rows: BWx8/10x8/10x7/10x6
Seated Cable Rows: 80x8/110x8/150x7/190x5
BB SLDL/Shrug Combo: 105x8/135x8/165x7/185x6
EZ Bar Curls: 40x8/50x8/60x7/70x4
Inclined Leg Raises: 12x4
Bicycles (Partial): 12x4

Thoughts: The Cable Rows were a bit of a challenge today. I felt as though I was leaning to far back and not upright enough as I was pulling. I think I was using momentum too much and not enough lat. So, because of that, with the same weight, I was keeping my back much more upright and could only pull out five reps on the final set. I'm happy with that. Need to keep an eye on form.

I upped the weight on the Curls today. I'll work with that weight till I get it nailed.

Overall, felt good about today.
