Here's the gym workout...
Warmup - three minutes on recumbent bike
Parallel Bar Dips: 11/8/5
Lat Pulldowns: 10x60lbs/10x80lbs/10x110lbs
Then for some reason I decided to do some supersets... I'm tired, so my mind was thinking silly things I guess:
Superset #1
Single Leg Press: 10x70lbs/10x75lbs/10x90lbs
Calf Raises on Leg Press (to failure): 40x70lbs/35x75lbs/35x90lbs
Superset #2
Preacher Curls: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x55lbs (tried 65, laughed at myself and then dumped 10lbs off)
Standing OH Tricep Xtns: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x55lbs
Superset #3 (not sure if this really qualifies as they are totally different body parts)
BBSLDL: 10x55lbs/10x65lbs/10x85lbs
Side Lats: 10x10lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs
Superset #4
Leg Raises: 20/20/20
Crunches: 20/20/20
Bicycle Kicks: 20/20/20
Ball Obliques: 20/20/20
Lying Side Leg Raises: 20/20/20
Guess I sorta experimented with the superset idea... kinda dig it. It really seemed to burn my arms. Last time I did the OH Xtns, the final set had ten more pounds, don't think I would have completed ten reps this time on the final set.
I'm beat...
