Week Seven/Day Three

This was the final work out of this routine. I think I was full of pi$$ and vinegar... not sure why, but sometimes when I get up and fill in early I wind up seeming to have more steam in the gym in the afternoon. Go figure. I wound up with an interesting set of chins. That in just a bit... in the meantime:

Start Time: 12:14pm
Finish Time: 1:00pm
Heart Rate: Max-152bpm Average-132bpm

Warmup: Three minutes on the treadmill
Leg Press: 5x5x170lbs
Single Leg Press: 5x5x90lbs
Calf Raise on LP: 50x90lbs/30x90lbs/30x90lbs
Leg Xtns: 5x5x8plates
Ham Curls: 5x5x4plates
DB Lunges: 5x5x20lbs
Chins: 5/5/5/5/10 (I dunno where the heck the 10 came from, but I thought, hey, let's see how many I can do on the last set. So, I proceeded to do the five and kept on going till I couldn't do anymore. Got to ten. Bring it on!)
Crunches: 5x5x35lbs

Loved the 5x5 routine. I plan on doing it again, perhaps 6x6 next time. I'm gonna keep at the chins and now up them to 6x6 for the heck of it.

I'm now taking a week off to rest and repair and prepare for the upcoming fitness challenge I'm entering. Now I have time to think about a routine!
