EZ Bar 21's: 1x25lbs/1x30lbs/1x40lbs

Leg Raises: 20/20/20
Bicycle Kicks: 20/20/20
Crunches: 20/20/20
Kay, I noticed some of my numbers went up... bench, Leg Press, smith and the 21's... now, I'm not sure, but some of the credit has to be give to "Brother Iron, Sister Steel." I'm only about 50 pages in, but it's kinda given me the motivation to push against the gravity a little more. While I sorta think I was giving it 'my all,' after going through the book a bit, I think I realized that it doesn't really matter if I can't make the 10 reps or not... strive to achieve it, but if you can't make it, that's fine. Work toward the goal by pushing harder. So, thanks Mr. Draper.
The sad part is I'm wrapping up this routine in a week and I feel more inspired today than I have in a couple of months! I will carry it on, though!
