Week Seven/Day One

Whew.... good to get back to a schedule and routine... was in Calgary for the Canadian Country Music Association weekend... no regrets, but a couple of late nights... and not the best diet in the world either....

I did manage to get the fitness centre at the hotel for a bit. Did 15 minutes on the eliptical. Couldn't find a way to change stride length, so I think I worked harder than I should have as the strides were pretty short and awkward.

Back to the gym today.

All in all, felt good to get back and sweat out some of the weekend... it was madness... but fun.
