Nice to get back into some sort of routine... even if I am filling in for the mornings... so, somewhat of a routine I suppose...
Warm up - three minutes on the recumbent
DB Flyes: 10x20lbs/10x30lbs/10x35lbs
Sissy Squats: 10x25lbs/10x25lbs/10x25lbs
Hammer Curls: 10x10lbs/10x15lbs/10x20lbs
Standing OH Tricep Xtns: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x65lbs
Seated Machine Rows: 10x70lbs/10x90lbs/10x100lbs
Front DB Raises: 10x10lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs
Seated Cable Rows: 10x80lbs/10x120lbs/10x140lbs
Calf Raises (Norsk Machine): 32x70lbs/22x70lbs/22/70lbs
Ball Obliques: 20/20/20
Lying Side Leg Raises: 20/20/20
Superset:
Leg Raises: 20/20/20
Crunches: 20/20/20
Bicycle Kicks: 20/20/20
Started the routine today at 12:19pm, was done at 1:39pm.
