Gym will be closed tomorrow for Remembrance Day. So, I went today.

Start: 8:04am
Finish: 9:08am

Warm Up: Three minutes on eliptical

Close Grip Presses: 55lbsx10/65lbsx8/75lbsx6/75lbsx6**

Tick Tocks: 20lbsx20/25lbsx15/30lbsx15/35lbsx12

Did some trunk work afterwords.

*Still spotting the left arm, but only on the last two... last week it the last three
**Now this kinda ticked me off. I loaded (i thought) and extra ten pounds on the bar. It wasn't until I started taking plates off and putting them away I realized I didn't add any weight. During the lifting, though, I kept thinking to myself 'man, 85 pounds sure is easy.' Well, now I know why. Duh.

Aside from my momentary lapse of smartness, I felt as though this was a pretty good workout.
