Decline Crunches: 3x10

BB OH Press: 50/55/65/70/75x5
BO BB Rows: 65/85/95/120/135x5
Smith Squats: 70/100/140/170/190x5
BB Good Mornings: 65/75/85/90/95x5
Wrist Rolls: 3x1x10lbs

Thoughts: A good workout today. I worked up a good sweat today. Upped the weight by five pounds on all sets. I did take 60 second rests between sets... a little more during the squats. Someone brought a wrist roller to the gym. Very cool and challenging movement. A big challenge was the thing wasn't round but square... whew...
