Week Seven - Day Two - Medium Day

Thoughts: A good workout today. I worked up a good sweat today. Upped the weight by five pounds on all sets. I did take 60 second rests between sets... a little more during the squats. Someone brought a wrist roller to the gym. Very cool and challenging movement. A big challenge was the thing wasn't round but square... whew...
