Frog Crunches: 3x15
Leg Raises: 3x10

BB OH Press: 45/50/55/60/65x5
BO BB Rows: 60/70/80/90/110x5
Smith Squats: 70/85/95/115/140x5
DB SLDL: 45x5x5
Calf Raises: 300x25/300x15/300x15

Thoughts: I like the intensity of the light day. I work much fast on this day. I also rest for only 30 seconds between sets, a little longer on the squats.
