Week One/Day Two (LEGS!!)

Warmup: three minutes on eliptical
Leg Press: 160lbsx10/210lbsx8/300lbsx6/370lbsx8 (goal is to push 400lbs)
Sissy Squats: 10lbsx10/25lbsx8/25lbsx6/35lbsx6
DB SLDL: 20lbsx10/25lbsx8/35lbsx6/40lbsx6
Calf Raises on LP: 140lbsx10/160lbsx10/180lbsx10/200lbsx10

SS:
Twisting Crunches: 15x2
Leg Raises: 15x2

Ball Obliques: 15x2

Tried some full sit ups shown to me by a gal organizing the challenge I'm in. They are progression type. Do a full sit up with arms full extended by your side, once you can do five of those without raising your feet, do them with your hands across your chest. There are a couple other levels. Once I get one done of the first one I'll be happy.
