Lying Side Leg Raises: 3x15

BO BB Rows: 45lbsx5/45lbsx5/50lbsx5/55lbsx5/65lbsx5
Smith Squats: 40lbsx5/60lbsx5/70lbsx5/90lbsx5/120lbsx5
BB Good Mornings: 45lbsx5x5
Single Leg Calf Raises: 35lbsx10x5

Thoughts: Followed this up with some stretching to cool down. Felt good. This was 'medium' day. I know I can lift/push/pull more weights than this so I am looking forward to Friday and 'heavy' day.
