BO BB Rows: 45lbsx5/45lbsx5/60lbsx5/70lbsx5/90lbsx5
Smith Squats: 40lbsx5/70lbsx5/90lbsx5/120lbsx5/140lbsx5
DB SLDL: 30lbsx5/30lbsx5/40lbsx5/50lbsx5/55lbsx5
Calf Raises (on Norsk): 120lbsx20/120lbsx15/120lbsx5

Thoughts: Too much weight on the final set of OH Press. Should have went with 80lbs...form was bad... I could have done four with bad form, but not really a good idea... the weight on the Rows can go up as can the squats.
