Full Body
Warm up on recumbent bike for three minutes
Dips (Chest) first time I've ever done these: 5/3/5
Seated Cable Rows: 10x8p/10x10p/10x12p
Leg Xtns: 10x7p/10x9p/10x10p
Arnold Presses (standing): 10x10p/10x12p/10x12p
DB SLDL: 10x20lbs/10x25lbs/10x35lbs
Bent Over DB Rows: 10x10lbs/10x30lbs/10x35lbs
Calf Raises on Leg Press: 30x40lbs/20x50lbs/20x70lbs
Superset:
Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15
Ball Oblique Crunches: 15/15
BK Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15
I'll tell ya, the supersetting the abs really wears me out...
I liked the chest dips... thought I would have a heckuva time doing them, but I was impressed I was able to do as many as I could... mind you, I used body weight...
