Frog Crunches: 3x15
BB OH Press: 45lbsx5x5
BO BB Rows: 45lbsx5x5
Smith Squats: 40lbsx2x5/60lbsx5/80lbsx5/100lbsx5
DB SLDL: 30lbsx5x5
Calf Raises (five second flex @ top) 3x15

Thoughts: This was the first day of the Big Three for me. It took less time than I thought... still, though, fun. No real isolation movements. This was 'light' day. Wednesday will be 'medium' and then 'heavy' on Friday. I think I'll keep the same movements for about four weeks and then change some up for some variety. Followed this with some stretching.
