Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15

Ball Oblique: 15/15
Bent Knee: 15/15

Overall, felt good. Lower back a little sore/stiff from standing for eight hours on Saturday. Leg day is supposed to be tomorrow, but will be delayed till Wednesday as I have an appointment. Heart rate seemed okay... pretty consistent through the workout.
