EZ Bar Curls: 30lbsx10/35lbsx8/45lbsx6/60lbsx6
Declined Skulls: 35lbsx10/45lbsx8/55lbsx6/65lbsx6
Close Grip Presses: 55lbsx10/60lbsx8/65lbsx6/75lbsx6
Reverse EZ Bar Curls: 25lbsx10/35lbsx8/45lbsx6/55lbsx6

SS:
Twisting Crunches: 15x2
Leg Raises: 15x2

Ball Obliques: 15x2
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 15x2

I upped the weight on the concentration curls... one can really see the difference in arm strenght... while the last couple reps on the final set on the right are were a challenge, I had to spot the left for the last two reps. I think I'll continue to use the weights I used today.

I upped the weight on the curls, presses and skulls... I threw in the reverse curls...

All in all, felt good today...!
