Week One - Day Two - Medium Day

Thoughts: Started to arch my back inward on the last two reps of the presses. Keep an eye on that.
Rest periods were about 60 seconds between set, except for the squats. They were about 90 seconds. I felt this was a good workout today. Worked up a nice sweat. Friday should be fun.
