Week One - Day Two - Medium Day

Crunches: 3x12
Frog Crunches: 3x12

BB OH Press: 50/55/65/70/75x5
BO BB Rows: 65/75/85/105/135x5
Smith Squats: 75/95/120/140/160x5
BB Good Mornings: 65/75/85/95/105x5
Weighted Crunches: 3x15x50lbs

Thoughts: Started to arch my back inward on the last two reps of the presses. Keep an eye on that.

Rest periods were about 60 seconds between set, except for the squats. They were about 90 seconds. I felt this was a good workout today. Worked up a nice sweat. Friday should be fun.
