Week One - Day Three - Light Push

Finish: 9:03am

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Leg Press: 180x12/270x12/320x11/370x10
Lunges: 15x12/20x12/25x11/30x10
DB Inclined Press: 15x12/20x12/30x11/35x10
DB Shoulder Press: 10x12/10x12/12x11/12x10
Skulls (Standing): 25x12/30x12/35x11/45x10

Thoughts: For some reason I didn't write Lunges on my log. But, I did them. This was pretty intense. Worked up a decent sweat. I'll up the Skulls on Heavy Push Day as this was the same weight as last time.
