Bicycles: 3x12
Hanging Leg Raises: 2x12 (legs fully extended)

BB OH Press: 45/55/70/75x5/80x4
BO BB Rows: 55/80/90/110x5/140x4
Smith Squats: 60/90/130/170/210x5
Calf Raises: 270x30/270x15x2

Thoughts: Took a quick rest on the last set of squats, about five seconds and pushed the last rep up.

Outta here for a couple of days for the long weekend... have a great Labour Day!
