Week One - Day One - Light Day

Leg Raises: 3x12
Bicycles: 3x12
Machine Shoulder Press: 45/60/70/80/120x5
BO BB Rows: 60/70/80/100/120x5
Smith Squats: 70/90/110/130/150x5
DB SLDL: 5x5x50lbs
EZ Bar 21's: 2x30lbs
Followed with some stretching.
Thoughts: It was good to get back into the gym after two weeks and a bit. Wrist was good, but we'll see a little later on. Upped the numbers on everything for light day. Will be sticking with this routine again for a number of weeks.
Imagine my surprise when I saw a new rack of dumbells! The gym moved about nine months ago, but didn't have the room for the heavier DBs.... when I walked in this afternoon I noticed they moved a few things around and now the heavy DBs are there! It was like Christmas.
