Week One - Day Four - Heavy Pull

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Weighted Supine Rows: 8/8/7/6
Seated Cable Row: 80x8/100x8/140x70/180x6
BB SLDL: 75x8/95x8/115x7/135x6
EZ Bar Curls: 35x8/45x8/55x7/60x4
BB Shrugs: 95x8/115x8/135x7/225x6
Crunch Ups: 8/8/8
Bicycles: 8/8/8

Thoughts: Almost too heavy on the Shrugs. I will be sticking with that weight on Heavy Day for a while. I need to add weight to both Rows and the BB SLDL. I will keep the weight on the curls, though.
