Did abs yesterday, so held off on them today... that shortned my workout considerabley..
Warm Up - Three minutes on eliptical
EZ Bar 21's: 30lbsx21/35lbsx21/40lbsx21/40lbx17
Hammer Curls: 8lbsx10/8lbsx8/10lbsx6/20lbsx6
Decline Skulls: 40lbsx10/50lbsx8/60lbsx6/70lbsx5 (opted not to drop the bar on my head, so stopped at five)
Cable Rope Pushdowns: 10kgx10/12.5kgx8/15kgx6/20kgx6
Tick Tocks: 20lbsxfailure
That's it... felt the burn in my bis by the time I was done the hammers.... good.... ha!
