Warm Up - Three minutes on eliptical

Leg Press: 180lbsx10/230x8/320x6/465x8 (pr) (the gal who is trying to beat me at this says she was told women shouldn't push more than 420. Kay. Is she giving up?)
Smith Squats: 40lbsx10/60lbsx8/70lbsx6/100lbsx6
DB Lunges: 10lbsx10/15lbsx8/25lbsx6/35lbsx6 (still hate these)
Hamstring Curls: 2px10/3px8/4px6/5px6
Calf Raises (on Leg Press Machine): 250lbsx10/250lbsx10/250lbsx10/250lbsx10

Trunk Work:
Opposite Arm/Leg Lift: 2x10
Bent Elbow Plank: 2xfailure

Well, like mentioned, the gal at the gym was told not to lift too much weight with the leg press because of the way the female pelvis is built compared to males. So, I think she is not gonna try to challenge me anymore. However, when I pushed 465, she really wanted to give it a go!

Overall, felt good today... I'm sure my legs will be a little wobbley tomorrow!
