Warm Up - Three minutes on elpitical
DB Sidelying Int. Rotation: 2x15x8lbs (each shoulder)
DB Sidelying Ext. Rotation: 2x15x8lbs (each shoulder)
BB Bench Press: 65lbsx10/75lbsx8/85lbsx6/120lbsx8
DB Flyes: 15lbsx10/20lbsx8/30lbsx6/40lbsx6
Dips: 10/7/6/5
Push Ups (on ball - toes as fulcrum) 10/10/10/10 (barely - man those were tough)
Twising Crunches: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15
Well, I really burned the chest today... could barely finish those darn pushups... felt good...
For some reason, I have a good amount of DOMS this week... not so much in the front of the legs today, but the hams, bis, and tris... and likely the chest tomorrow... whew... love this stuff.
