Week Four/Day Two - Medium Day

Thoughts: Well, I'm exhausted. Did the early show this morning with only about four hours of sleep. Still, I thought I could pull it off. Last week on my heavy day I did five sets of five reps on the squats with the final set being 200 pounds. So, figured I'd up the heavy this week and move the 200 to my medium day. Guess the lack of sleep is really not conducive to that theory. I was having a challenge with 160, so tried 190 instead of the 200. Squeaked out three and decided to stop before I hurt myself. Likely a wise decision. Guess we'll see what happens Friday as I'm filling in for the rest of the week.

I also changed my form on the rows. I was bending to a 45 degree angle before, but have sinced changed to parallel. See how that goes, too.
