Warm Up: Five minutes on eliptical

Leg Press: 160lbsx10/210lbsx8/300lbsx6/410lbsx7 (threw in an extra rep for fun... I'm sure my head was gonna pop)
Leg Xtns: 8px10/9px8/10px6/14px6
DB SLDL: 20lbsx10/25lbsx8/35lbsx6/40lbsx6
Single Leg Calf Raises: 30lbsx10/20lbsx10/30lbsx10/30lbsx10

I measured my hamstring stretch after the DL's.... 33cm... not far enough... guess I have to work on that some more!
