Supposed to be full body... only did upper half today...
Warm up on recumbent bike... speed steady at 21.2, I assume mph...
Parallel Bar Dips: 9/7/4
Chins on Smith: 6/6/4
Skullcrushers: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x55lbs
Lat Pull Downs (apparently the plates weight 10lbs): 10x80lbs/10x90lbs/10x100lbs
Seated DB Wrist Curls: 10x10lbs/10x12lbs/10x20lbs
Side Lats: 10x10lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs
Hanging Obliques: 10/7
Setted the following:
Lying Side Leg Raises: 25/25
Crunches: 25/25
Bicycle Kicks: 25/25
It is very humid here... hit 29C yesterday... combined with all the rain it was very sticky... plus, huge storm tore through our neck of the woods, so little sleep last night... I am attributing at least part of that to the poor hanging obliques...
