Week Four/Day Three - Heavy Day - I FAILED!!

I am totally wiped. I cannot believe how tired I am. A nap is in the works here shortly. Well, possibly. Not so sure it's gonna happen, but I'll do what I can.

Here's how things shook out today.

Start: 12:17pm
Finish: 1:12pm

Crunches: 3x15
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x15

BB OH Press: 45lbsx5/55lbsx5/65lbsx5/70lbsx5/75lbsx3
BO BB Rows: 55lbsx5/80lbsx5/90lbsx5/110lbsx5/140lbsx4
Smith Squats: 60lbsx5/90lbsx5/130lbsx5/160lbsx5/200lbsx3
BB SLDL: 65lbs/75lbs/95lbs/95lbs/95lbs

Thoughts: I failed! That was good though... didn't reach the target reps on the Press, Rows, or Squats. Now I have targets. Last week, though, I did five reps on the squats. I was losing form on the squats, so I stopped before injury came along. This felt good today, despite some knee soreness, maybe from the swimming last night.

Now I know there is a great discussion about Smith Machine Squats, but we don't have a Rack and the DB's we have don't offer enough weight for squats.
