Machine Press: 6px15/7px12/8px10/10px8
Standing Lat Raises: 8lbsx15/8lbsx12/8lbsx10/8lbsx8
Burns: 5lbs by about One minute and 20 seconds. Once they started to drop, they dropped fast!
Frog Crunches: 2x25
Ball Side Crunches: 2x12
Overall... felt as though it was a good workout today. Liked the Burns... five pounds was a good weight to start, I think.
