Week Four/Day Three

Full Body (sorta)
Left the calves out of it today... still a little sore...
Warmup - three minutes on recumbent bike (speed - hit 22.0)
Chins (on Smith): 7/6/6 (decided to start with these to see the difference compared to doing them mid-workout... big difference)
Smith Incline: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x105lbs
DB Squats: 10x15lbs/10x25lbs/10x40lbs
EZ Bar 21's: 1x25lbs/1x30lbs/1x35lbs (these have gone up lots, unless the bar weight is completely different from what I think it is compared to my bar at home)
Bent Over DB Lats: 10x8lbs/10x10lbs/10x15lbs (started too heavy last time... this weight combination was good... nice challenge on last set... gotta watch form though)
BB Bench: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/9x125lbs (decided not to hit 10 here... no spotter and the ninth was hard enough.... normally I start with these, but changed it up and I suspect that may have been one reason why I didn't hit ten).
Hanging Obliques: 15/15
Triset:
Lying Side Leg Raises: 25/25
Crunches: 25/25
Bicycle Kicks: 25/25
Overall... I think it went well... I just gotta move on in weights and not be afraid to not make ten reps... I think that's just a mental thing I need to get past...
