Smith Squats: 60lbs/70lbs/80lbs/90lbs/120lbsx5
DB SLDL: 40lbsx5x5
Thoughts: Was going to do calf raises today, but dropped them so I could do a bit more stretching. Added some weight to the squats and the rows.
