DB Incline Press: 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/30lbsx8/40lbsx6
Dips (tried Gironda Style): 10/6/4/3
Pushups (on ball): 10/10/10/10
Crunches: 2x25
Lying Side Leg Raises: 2x25
