Crunches: 3x12
Frog Crunches: 3x12

BB OH Press: 50/55/65/75/80x5
BO BB Rows: 65/75/85/105/135x5
Front Squats: 45/50/65/75/85x5
Single Leg Squats: 8/8 each leg
BB Good Mornings: 65/75/95/105/110x5

Thoughts: Had some pain just above the right knee with Single Leg Squats. Stopped after the two sets. Did some stretching afterward.

I may have worked off my birthday cake and ice cream.
