Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill
Weighted Supine Rows: 12/10/5/4
Seated Cable Row: 70x12/100x12/120x11/160x10
BB SLDL: 75x12/95x12/115x11/125x6
EZ Bar Curls: 25x12/30x12/40x11/50x10
Inclined Leg Raises: 12/12/12/6
Bicycles: 10/10/10/10
Thoughts: My rest breaks have been about 90 seconds. May lower this. Apparently last weeks Curls weren't a fluke. Did it again. May be becoming a pattern! Will do one more week, though. I had planned to do Shrugs today, but canned them as my grip was burnt after the SLDL.
