Week Four - Day Three - Heavy Day

Just got back from the doctor... we are somewhat investigating the dizzy spells and I am going to get blood work done.. everything else appears good. I have to keep an eye on my pulse when the spells happen.. that'll be fun.
Anyhoo... here's what I did at the gym before my visit...
Start: 7:42am
Finish: 8:42am
Bicycles: 3x10
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x10
BB OH Press: 55/65/75/80/85x4
BO BB Rows: 55/80/90/110/140x5
Front Squats: 45/55/65/85/95x5

SS:
Leg Press: 180/270/340/430/550x5
Calf Raises: 180x25/270x20/340x15/430x12/550x10 (last set was somewhat sloppy)

Thoughts: Whew. Leg Press was a challenge. Rested for about 10 seconds before the last rep.
