Week Four - Day One - Heavy Push

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Leg Press: 300x8/370x8/490x7/540x6
Hack Squats: 45x8/45x8/55x7/65x6
DB Inclined Press: 25x8/40x8/50x7/55x6
Skulls (Standing): 30x8/40x8/50x7/60x6
Rope Wrist Curls: 5lbsx2/5lbsx1/5lbsx2

Thoughts: Good weight on everything. I'm gonna try to not lift my heels too much on the Leg Press. I will also keep the current weight on each movement till I'm comfortable. The one rep with the Rope Wrist Curls happened when someone wanted to see how it worked.

Over the course of the weekend, my knees felt weak, as though they were going to give out and also felt somewhat inflamed. That feeling comes and goes. But they felt fine today.
