Week Four - Day Four - Heavy Pull

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Weighted Supine Rows: BWx8/BW+10lbx8/BW+10lbsx7/BW+10lbsx6
Seated Cable Rows: 80x8/110x8/150x8/190x6
BB SLDL: 95x8/120x8/145x7/165x6
Shrug: 95x8/120x8/145x7/165x6
EZ Bar Curls: 35x8/45/8/55x7/65x5
Inclined Leg Raises: 12/12/12/9
Bicycles: 10/10/10/10

Thoughts: I will stay with this weight on the Supine Rows. Made the goal, but want to be more comfortable with it before I up the weight. I'm also gonna stick with the weight on the Cable Rows for a bit.

I did the SLDLs combined with Shrugs. At the top of the DL is when I added the Shrug. I am also not going so low with the DLs for safety reasons. I stand on a platform to do them and was going lower than my feet with the bar. I've come to the realization that on the way up it wasn't good if the bar rubbed my toes. This could cause some balance issues and I'd look pretty stupid laying on the ground. So, now the bar goes to the top of my feet. I did use and over/under grip today, too.

I will also be staying with the current Curl weight till I get the six reps.

Felt this was pretty good today.
