BB OH Press: 45lbs/60lbs/65lbs/65lbs/70lbs
BO BB Rows: 55lbs/75lbs/85lbs/105lbsx/125lbs
Smith Squats: 60lbs/90lbs/130lbs/160lbs/180lbs
BB Good Mornings: 55lbs/65lbs/70lbs/75lbs/80lbs
Tick Tocks: 3x30lbsxfailure

Thoughts: This was good. Maxed out at five reps on each of the final sets. Friday should be fun. Really want to get past the 75lbs on the Press and 200lbs on the squats.
