Week Five/Day Two

The mission today was to try and squeeze out 420 pounds on the leg press. Also, try some Smith Squats.
Success? Maybe...
Warm Up: Five minutes on the eliptical at level five
Leg Press: 160lbsx10/210lbsx8/300lbsx6/420lbsx8 (ya! The next goal is 500.)
DB Squats: 20lbsx10/25lbsx8/30lbsx6/40lbsx6
Calf Raises on Norsk Brand Leg Press: 80lbsx10/90lbsx10/100lbsx10/110lbsx10
- had to do these out of order as there was no room to do the BBSLDL.
BBSLDL: 55lbsx10/75lbsx8/95lbsx8/110lbsx8
Smith Squats: Bar Weightx10/BWx10/BWx8/BWx6
Now, not sure if the bar actually has any real "weight" to it, given it may be counter balanced. Any idea?
So, success was met in both missions.
My legs may or may not explode in five seconds.
