Full Body...
Warmup - three minutes on recumbent bike
Chins: 8/7/5
Smith Incline: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x110lbs
Upright Rows: 10x30lbs/10x40lbs/10x60lbs
Sissy Squats: 10x10lbs/10x25lbs/10x25lbs
Calf Raises (on Norsk Machine): 20x70lbs/20x70lbs/20x70lbs
EZ Bar Curls: 10x25lbs/10x35lbs/10x60lbs (kinda swung a bit to get the last rep in)
Dips (tris): 10x10lbs/10x25lbs/10x35lbs
Ball Obliques: 15/15
Setted the following:
Bicycle Kicks: 15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15
Crunches: 15/15
Twisting Crunches: 15/15
The next week and a half are gonna be odd... gym is closed Friday (Canada Day, eh)... then I'm on holidays for the next week... so, I'll try and do some stuff at home and while we're away as well...
