BO BB Rows: 55lbs/80lbs/90lbs/110lbs/140lbsx4
Smith Squats: 60lbs/90lbs/125lbs/160lbs/200lbsx5!
BB SLDL: 65lbs/75lbs/85lbs/95lbs/105lbs
Calf Raises: 270lbsx25/270lbsx20/270lbsx20

Thoughts: I got the 200 pounds by five! Also on the Press! I'll stick with those for a while till they are consistent then move up. It was a good day.
