Did this at home as the gym is closed today... I thought about changing all the weight numbers to kilograms in honour of it being Canada Day, but that's too much work... haha...
Full Body
Warm up - Three minutes on mini-trampoline
Deadlifts: 10x120lbs/10x160lbs/8x200lbs/6x250lbs
Sissy Squats: 10x10lbs/10x25lbs/10x25lbs
Scott Standing DB Press: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x10lbs
Superset:
EZ Bar Curls: 10x25lbs/10x35lbs/7x65lbs (I'm convinced I have the weight of the bar at the gym wrong)
Tricep Dips Behind the Back: 10x10lbs/10x25lbs/10x25lbs
BB Incline: 10x70lbs/10x90lbs/8x100lbs
Upright Rows: 10x30lbs/10x40lbs/10x60lbs
Ball Obliques: 15/15
Setted the following:
Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15
Bicycle Kicks: 15/15
Crunches: 15/15
It's mighty warm here today... well, okay, not mighty, but still, pretty warm... a lot of persperation today...
The entire endevour took about one hour and 34 minutes... little longer than at the gym. Reasons, changing the weights and dealing with the small humans for a couple of minutes.
I may squeeze in a workout on Sunday, as we're gone for a few days starting Monday. Dunno if I'll be able to workout while I'm away, but I do intend on being somewhat active!
