Push Ups on the ball: 10/10/10/10

Frog Crunches: 2x15
Leg Raises: 2x15
Ball Obliques: 2x15
On the Dips I was all over the place trying to focus on a Gironda style... not so sure I succeeded.
The Flyes and Benches were interesting. I knew one would be harder than the other... after I did the last set of Flyes I was spent, but decided to try the same weight on the Bench. Worked. It was a struggle, but got 'em up.
I can feel it now...
